Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
